Staging Consultation

Consists of an exclusive detailed report listing items for the home owner to do to prepare their home for sale. This service will take 2-3 hours detailing room by room recommended design techniques to make your home more appealing to buyers. Our representative will make one final visit to your home to go through a checklist with you to verify that all the recommendations have been completed. Upon completion, your home will be advertised as a Staged Home immediately attracting more realtors and buyers. Service fees range from $250-$500 depending on the size of the home.

Full Service Staging

One of our professional ASPs will come to your home and work with you to create a look that will appeal to a wide range of perspective buyers. We take pictures of the property and prepare a detailed quote within 24 hours. The quote will include all suggested services, rental items and floor plans. There is no charge for this quote. Upon your approval, we schedule the time to come in and perform all the staging work for you. This includes rearranging furniture, moving excess items out to the garage and performing various design techniques to make your home show like a model home. Most homes are completed in one day. Upon completion, your home will be advertised as a Staged Home immediately attracting more realtors and buyers. The fee for this full service starts as low as $500.

Open House Assistance

This service includes meeting with the client a day or two before the open house to discuss what needs to be done.

Arriving an hour before the open house to go through list of items to insure they were completed, turn on all ights and soft music and prepare our fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Refreshments are available upon request.

At close of Open House, our representative will show up to clean up any entertainment items and prepare the home for close.

For an additional fee, one of our representatives would be glad to work the entire open house from open to close. We will meet with agent before open house for a complete briefing of all the home’s details. These fees range from $200-$400.
